No s\u00e9 si es quedar\u00e0 tota la tardor i tamb\u00e9 l\u2019hivern o, per al contrari, ser\u00e0 fugisser, per\u00f2 la veritat \u00e9s que el fred ha arribat de cop, mentre encara estem paint el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immamestre.com\/ca\/ressaca-despres-de-halloween-castanyada\/\"><em>Halloween<\/em> menjant les castanyes<\/a> i els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immamestre.com\/ca\/panellets-de-pinyons\/\">panellets<\/a> en m\u00e0niga curta. La <strong>crema de carabass\u00f3<\/strong> \u00e9s un plat <strong>saludable<\/strong> que m\u2019agrada molt i, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, \u00e9s ben f\u00e0cil de fer. Tot i que el carabass\u00f3 \u00e9s una hortalissa que es recomana menjar-la a l\u2019estiu, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s la seva \u00e8poca, a mi em ve especialment de gust quan ja comen\u00e7a a fer fred i prefereixes menjar calent.<\/p><p>La recepta que il\u00b7lustro es pot cuinar de diverses maneres, per\u00f2 jo acostumo a preparar la versi\u00f3 senzilla. Els ingredients s\u00f3n, b\u00e0sicament, el <strong>carabass\u00f3<\/strong>, el <strong>formatge<\/strong> i la <strong>pastanaga<\/strong>. Per\u00f2 aquest \u00faltim es pot obviar. A part d\u2019aix\u00f2, aquesta hortalissa tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un bon antioxidant i, gr\u00e0cies al seu alt contingut d\u2019aigua, \u00e9s una font d\u2019hidrataci\u00f3 important. Pots saber-ne m\u00e9s propietats buscant per internet, per\u00f2 jo les he apr\u00e8s d\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.etselquemenges.cat\/rebost\/el-carbasso\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ets el que menges<\/a>.<\/p><p>De petita, la meva mare sempre havia fet crema de carabass\u00f3 a casa. A mi no m\u2019agrada especialment, per\u00f2 m\u2019agradava menjar-me-la amb els trossets de pa fregit. Amb el temps, una es va fent gran i ja no es pot permetre menjar tot all\u00f2 que vol i, per tant, he eliminat els crostons de pa fregit i he apr\u00e8s a distingir els aliments que em convenen d\u2019aquells que em s\u00f3n completament imprescindibles.
